Meet Our Team

Four people in a counseling session at Wayfinder Counselling.

At Wayfinder Counselling, our team of therapists is deeply committed to supporting you on your healing journey. As a trauma-informed team, we prioritize creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported, and gently guided as we navigate your challenges together.

Each therapist at Wayfinder brings their own unique training, experience, and areas of focus, while sharing a common commitment to holistic, client-centred care. We honour the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and understand that painful life experiences can create disconnection, imbalance, and distress across multiple levels.

Our therapists draw on evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches and integrate somatic and energetically informed practices to support deeper alignment and healing. Together, we work to foster meaningful healing experiences, enhance wellbeing, and support a renewed sense of peace and integration.

Below are brief bios of our therapists to help you learn more about their approaches and find the right fit for your path forward.

Beth Pink M.A., R.P.

Welcome to my practice. I am the founder and owner of Wayfinder  Counselling, where my vision is to come alongside folks in their healing journey and guide them to wellness. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. Currently, I am a member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a licensed clinician with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.   The work that is most meaningful to me is trauma healing, for which I  prefer a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach with my clients. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with other traditional evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).  I provide psychotherapy services to individuals (youth and adults), couples, and families.

Sarmeet Multani M.A., R.P.

Hi! My name is Sarmeet, and I’m so glad you’re here! It takes strength and courage to share your story, but when you do, great things happen.  Do you ever feel as though the entire world is resting on your shoulders? Feeling burnt out and overwhelmed? As a millennial navigating dating, work, and relationships, I know the feeling of being overwhelmed, burnt out, and unsure of what to do. As we work together, I can help you recharge and find a calmer balance in life.   Do you often feel weighed down by navigating a bicultural identity? As a first-generation Canadian, I understand the difficulties of balancing our identities and navigating the societal, political, and personal influences that shape and limit our well-being.   As a South Asian growing up in a predominantly Eastern culture, I noticed a lot of stigma around mental health; therefore, one of my ultimate goals is to raise awareness of mental health in our community and erase the stigma that comes with it.  It has always been my belief that an individual is in charge of their own life and that their experiences shape who they are today. It is my hope through a safe, validating and non-judgmental space, along with strengths-based, mindfulness or narrative approaches, to help  empower an individual to flourish.  We all need and deserve a bit of help at times, so please feel free to reach out and book a free 15-minute consultation so I can help you navigate the feelings you’re experiencing and offer a way forward.

Marissa Dubé M.A., R.P.

My name is Marissa Dubé, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist providing individual therapy to children, teens, and adults. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, viewing you as the driver of your own journey while I offer guidance, support, and clinical insight along the way. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, self-harm, and suicidality, and I hold a particular passion for working with teens. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which I tailor to meet your individual needs and goals.

I understand that it takes courage to share your thoughts and experiences, and I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion throughout your therapeutic journey.

Jeremy Breese M.A., R.P. (Qualifying)

I believe that everyone can benefit from having someone to talk to, especially as we all face challenges and seek to improve our lives.  My goal is to create a supportive space where people feel understood and motivated to make positive change. My focus is on working with individuals diagnosed with A.D.H.D. I've obtained my Master of Arts in  Counselling Psychology and am in good standing with the College of  Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults with ADHD by providing informed strategies for focus, organization, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. I  believe that an informed practitioner can make a meaningful difference  in helping clients feel understood and supported.

Natasha Wadlow MACP Candidate

Hi and welcome! My name is Natasha, and I’m currently an MACP candidate who focuses on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused  Therapy (SFT). My experience working with crisis hotlines inspired me to become a counsellor and led me to believe that everyone deserves a space to share what troubles them. My goal as a counsellor is to provide that non-judgmental space for you as we work through techniques to better your life balance.  As a MACP candidate, I offer services at a lower rate and in an online format, making the process more accessible and allowing us to work where you are comfortable.  If you are in need of support or seeking the tools to create a better life  balance and feel we may be a good fit, please reach out for a free  15-minute consultation. I look forward to working with you collaboratively to achieve your goals.  Some fun facts about me: I am a proud owner of two mischievous cats, I  love to garden, but am slowly running out of space for new plants, and I enjoy downhill skiing
