Wayfinder Counselling

Guiding you toward wellness.

Welcome to your healing journey

As a trauma-informed team, here it is our mission to provide you with a safe space in which we can navigate your challenges together. As your therapists, our goal is to foster healing experiences, improve your wellbeing and bring peace to your body, mind and spirit.

Are We The Right Fit For You?

At Wayfinder Counselling, we use a holistic approach to psychotherapy. We understand that the mind, body and spirit are one, working together inseparably, seeking integration and balance.  Painful life events can bring about disharmony and disconnection, creating symptoms of emotional and even physical discomfort. In addition to traditional evidenced-based talk therapies, we incorporate therapies that promote somatic and energetic depth and alignment.

Inclusivity Statement

Wayfinder Counselling is strongly committed to anti-discrimination and inclusivity. We value difference and diversity and do not withhold services based on client gender, gender identity, affectional orientation, relationship status, religion, race, national origin, disability, or political belief.

Anyone can self refer, contact us for a free 15-minute consultation.

The essence of trauma is disconnection from ourselves. Trauma is not terrible things that happen from the other side—those are traumatic. But the trauma is that very separation from the body and emotions. - Dr. Gabor Mate M., D.
